The 74LVC1G32 is a single 2-input OR gate that is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. Both 3.3V and 5V devices can drive inputs, enabling this device to operate as translator in a mixed 3.3V and 5V system environment. All inputs support Schmitt-trigger action, which allows the circuit to tolerate slower input rise and fall times. The device also features the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A · B in positive logic.
The device is capable of holding high output drive while low static power dissipation can be maintained over supply voltage operating range. This device is highly suitable for partial power-down applications by using power-off leakage current (IOFF) circuit. When the device is powered down, the output is disabled, and the current backflow can be prevented from passing through the device.
